We’re committed to searching for and confirming the very best airfares possible for you and can advise you of specials as and when they are released, especially to the destinations that you intend to travel to.
CLIENT PROFILE FOR ALL TRAVELLERS
Electronic secure passenger profile cards are kept on file for all travellers and the relevant information loaded into our reservations system – this information is accessed at the time of booking. Information includes airline seating, mileage membership numbers, preferred supplier details, meal and hotel preferences etc.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
The majority of payments will be charged to a credit card and in some instances, depending on the type of fare booked, payment may be be required immediately. In some cases 2% credit card fees may occur.

As part of one of the largest travel groups in New Zealand, we can offer very competitive packages to most destinations. We are more than happy to make reservations for your personal holidays as well as group travel arrangements.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Leisure or annual policies for travellers taking multiple journeys each year can be arranged at the time of booking.
VISA/PASSPORT SERVICE
We offer a complete service of the above. Advice on visa requirements will always be given at time of confirmation. We hold most visa application forms in our office.
24 HOUR SERVICE
Our official office hours are 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. However, we understand that when it comes to travel, it’s not our working hours that matter, it’s yours. Outside of normal office hours, Michelle can be contacted directly by mobile for urgent travel requirements. This means you have access to assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
